AURÆ is a regenerative lab at the intersection of design, arts and augmented intelligence (human + AI) where we explore the futures of human creativity.

A person dressed in beige, traditional-style clothing with a voluminous curly hairdo, walking on a tightrope in the sky, with three white cranes flying above against a cloudy background.

I architect human-centered creative systems for the Gen-AI era with a focus on creative quality, well-being safeguards, and ethical guardrails. Our work turns exploration into deployable methods (roles & flows, QA, documentation, governance) that help labs and organizations ship better creative outcomes while protecting creative well-being and decision quality.

With EU research centers, brands and Tech Labs, we turn emerging ideas into grounded practice through applied research and creative systems design (in-house studios, creative labs, …).

To do so, we assemble hybrid constellations (creative talents x tech x ethics/legal experts) and deliver standards, playbooks and governance that helps regrow creative systems.

Alongside institutional work, I run explorations , applied foresight & hybrid formats that help me prototype regenerative futures for the creative industries.

Who I work with…

  • Elevating quality, ethics and efficiency in creative production.

    • Talent mapping & sourcing

    • Role design & workflow architecture

    • AI workflows with human creative oversight

    • Creative Quality Assurance

    • Legal / Ethical guardrails & playbooks

→ Outcomes: higher quality, faster cycles, reduced risk, coherent brand systems.

  • Embedding creativity, craft and ethics into innovation.

    • Define creative criteria & run design reviews

    • Build  prototypes

    • Mentor hybrid creative/tech teams

    • Turn exploration into usable frameworks for creative industries
→ Outcomes: clearer creative standards, scalable lab-to-product methods.

  • Applied research on what remains human in AI-era creativity.

    • Design research frameworks

    • Curate artists × technologists

    • → Outcomes: ethical frameworks, publications and applied foresight.

What I offer

  • Purpose: Improve creative structures to deliver performance without eroding human creativity & attention - so the conditions that fuel innovation (focus, judgment, craft) are protected.

    Scope:

    • Org design: roles, interfaces between teams

    • Workflow architecture

    • Creative Quality Assurance

    • Well-being & attention guardrails

    • Ethical/legal governance (attribution, consent, provenance, policy)

    Outcomes
Clear operating model, healthier cadence, higher quality, lower risk and a creative system teams can actually run

  • Goal. Equip research centers, labs and content studios to design human-centered creative futures with Gen-AI, keeping presence, imagination and well-being at the core.

    Typical research questions

    • What does a creation infrastructure that protects the originating idea look like in 2030 for a publishing house, a R&D lab, an art school, or a brand

    • Which aesthetic/interaction interfaces best support creation with Gen-AI without dissolving attention?

    • How does ma (間), the intentional interval, improve idea quality in a Gen-AI creative sprint?

    • Mindful Gen-AI in Education: how do we teach creation with AI without burning attention?

Methods: ecosystem mapping • speculative design probes (3 short narratives: text/image/loop)
Deliverables: design principles for attention-aware creation • adoption notes (docs, training, governance).

  • Typical research questions:

    • Latent Space, Human Latency: how do machine latency and inner latency productively talk to each other?

    • Ecology of Attention: how might we prototype slow / calm interfaces that lead to bettercreative decisions with AI?

    Method & outputs

    • Cross-disciplinary ateliers

    • Demonstrator pieces: a gallery of micro-works tied to explicit criteria

    • Research note + open methods

    Value
Turns inquiry into portable standards (criteria, reviews, guardrails) that teams can adopt.

  • A talk at the crossroads of neuroaesthetics and regenerative storytelling, designed to open to leaders a new window on what could be a regenerative future for the creative industries
